Bikers and Veterans are guarding The Response 1914 memorial from protester’s mobs in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK

Newcastle upon Tyne, UK (B-N.C) – The anti-racist protesters mobs have recently vandalised several statues in UK and as a response to that and to escalating agression from the side of protesters local Veterans together with bikers from Newcastle upon Tyne decided to protect the memorial dedicated to WWI from possible destruction.

Brian Lormor from Parachute Regiment of British Army, participant of this spontaneous guard have written on his Facebook page yesterday (13 June 2020):

Ring of steel forming. They won’t get near this cenotaph. Veterans, hells angels, patriots bikers. No far right here. Only people not wanting our memorials defaced/damaged

On the photos provided on his facebook page colors of at least two motorcycle clubs spotted.
