A man arrested in connection with the 2012 murder of Adelaide spray painter Jason De Ieso has been released on home detention bail.
The man, who has been charged with assisting an offender, came before Adelaide Magistrates Court on Tuesday, where prosecutors did not oppose his release from custody.
Chief Magistrate Mary-Louise Hribal ordered that he abide by conditions including electronic monitoring, staying within the state and abstaining from drugs and alcohol.
Five men with links to the Hells Angels bikie club have been charged with the murder of Mr De Ieso, who was gunned down at his Adelaide workshop.
A woman has also been charged with assisting an offender.
All seven of the accused have had their identities concealed until at least their next court appearance in September.
Mr De Ieso’s killing is alleged to have been sparked by a protracted feud between the Hells Angels and the Finks clubs.
But police said the 33-year-old had no links to either club and was an “innocent bystander”.
In 2013, they released CCTV video of nine men, including six armed with guns, marching into his workshop before shots are fired. The men then ran from the scene.
