Patched Comanchero charged in Perth

As WA Police sources reporting, Gang Crime Squad detectives apprehended a man in Wanneroo yesterday (26 July) in relation to their investigation into his activities.  

It is alleged on Saturday 17 April 2021, the man in company with two others attended a business in Wangara.  It is further alleged they took a 29-year-old man from the location in Wangara to a residence in Balcatta where the charged man burnt the victim’s shoulder with a blow torch. 

It is further alleged on Saturday 24 July 2021, the charged man entered a residence in Girrawheen where he proceeded to point a shotgun at a male resident before attempting to discharge the shotgun.  The shotgun did not fire.

The 25-year-old man from Koondoola, who is a patched member of the Comanchero MC, has been charged with:
• Deprivation of Liberty;
• Aggravated Burglary and Commit; 
• Attempted Aggravated Armed Robbery; and
• Unlawful Act or Omission with Intent to Harm (endangering life, health or safety of any person).

He is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today, 27 July 2021.
