Hells Angel’s sergeant-at-arms Phil O’Shea will continue to consider his options from behind bars after a planned bail application failed to materialise.

O’Shea faced court last week charged with supplying less than a commercial quantity of a schedule one drug, possessing less than a trafficable quantity of a schedule one drug, possessing a prohibited weapon, receiving stolen property and drug driving.

His lawyer, Tom Berkley, asked for a one week adjournment while he considered whether to apply for bail on his client’s behalf but the matter was again put off for another potential application later this month.

O’Shea has not entered a plea and appeared via video link, having swapped the red Hells Angels branded T-shirt he wore at his last appearance for high security prison garb of the same colour. He returns to court on January 28.
