Shooting at senior Hells Angels member Dariusz F. in Hamburg allegedly was ordered by Mongols the defendant says

The defendant in the case of Murder attempt to the senior Hells Angels member Dariusz F. in Hamburg at August 2018 answered the court’s questions for almost six hours. “I targeted his shoulder – and then shot five times,” the accused says.

He had only learned the day before that he was supposed to shoot a person for a payment of 10,000 euros.

“In the beginning I thought I just had to set fire to some place. Because 10,000 euros is not enough for something like the one I did. “

Order from “Mongols” boss?

When it became clear to him that he should shoot someone instead, it was too late for a retreat. He was worried that his clients would harm him. In the end, the man won’t even get that money. It is said to have got stuck with middlemen.

The alleged assassin is certain that he received the order from the head of “Mongols”, which was officially disbanded in early 2016.

The accused relies on the information provided by third parties. He never spoke to the “Mongols boss” himself. According to the indictment, then alleged shooter was hired by ex-Mongol Arasch R., who is now 29 years old, from prison to use middlemen to shoot Dariusch F., then 38-year-old Hamburg’s Hells Angels boss.

His father, a 73-year-old, and the ex-Mongol’s girlfriend had helped in the planning and execution of the crime.

Search for the rocker boss in St. Pauli

Both are said to have given the drugs to accused (“I take drugs on every occasion”) instructions and photos of the victim at the end of August 2018. Then they drove with him through St. Pauli and looked for the Dariusz F..

On August 25, with the father Arasch R. of behind the wheel, the search was unsuccessful. On August 26, on the other hand, the girlfriend of Arasch R. and the alleged shooter were able to find the 38-year-old Hells Angels patchholder in a restaurant on the Reeperbahn.

Five shots at the red traffic light

They were waiting for him, followed him and at a red traffic light, the defendant is said to have fired five shots through the open window. Dariusz F. was critically injured into the head and upper body and since that time became paraplegic.

“The order was not that I should kill the victim,” said the 27-year-old in court. Instead, he should only seriously injure the biker, so that he is disabled and is only “half a person”.

The motive for the attack is said to have been revenge for a similar attack on Arasch R. and his girlfriend two years earlier. Both were seriously injured.

At the court, the father’s defense lawyer denied possible involvement in the crime and planning.

Shooter never seen Arasch R. before

Only father visited his son in the correctional facility after the alleged shooter had already agreed to the crime. The 29-year-old ex-Mongol Arasch R. himself, who is also on trial in the court, did not comment on the allegations on the second day of the trial.

He is on trial for the second time in this case after the Federal Court of Justice overturned the judgment in the first trial due to a formal error. The alleged perpetrator testified in court that he had never seen 29-year-old Arasch R.

“I do not know him. I didn’t see him in prison either. ”Even after looking at his father, the alleged assassin was not convinced that he recognized the driver of the summer of 2018 in him. “I am not sure if it is him.” The act has followed him ever since. He had never shot a man before. “It is difficult for me to live with what I have done.”
