Man with bikie links to fight drug supply charges

Penrith Court

A man accused of supplying illicit substances across western Sydney has fronted court after police allegedly found drugs stashed in a motorbike.

A man with links to the Rebels MC who police allege was supplying illicit drugs in western Sydney will fight the charges in court.

Steven Joseph Paul Valesini, 42, of Cambridge Gardens, did not appear at a brief mention in Penrith Local Court on Thursday, but has entered pleas of not guilty to two charges of supplying a prohibited drug, dealing with the proceeds of crime, and exposing a child to drugs.

Valesini was arrested last November as part of investigations into the supply of prohibited drugs by members and associates of the Rebels MC.
Steven Valesini was allegedly found with 15.7g of methylamphetamine at his Caddens address.

Police pulled Valesini over in Caddens just after 6.30pm on November 21 and allegedly found methylamphetamine in his car.

Police later searched his property, and allegedly found 15.7g of methylamphetamine inside a motorcycle and $8000 in cash concealed under a trailer.

Valesini was granted bail in Penrith court the next day, and has strongly denied any wrongdoing.
He will next appear in Penrith Local Court on May 7.
