One man owes another 2,500 euros. Among other things, it is about compensation from a traffic accident. Because the man does not want to pay, a whole group approaches and strikes. This scene is said to have occurred in Langenhagen (Hanover region) in 2018. At the end of July, six men had to answer to the district court in Hanover. One of them is the Hells Angels member Frank Hanebuth.
Victim encircled and beaten
The public prosecutor’s office accuses the six men of, among other things, physical assault. They are said to have visited and surrounded the victim on the site of his workshop in Langenhagen. That reports NDR 1 Lower Saxony. One of the group is said to have demanded money and slapped the defaulter several times in the face with his fist. The latter then issued cash.
Security camera is said to have recorded incident
Several witnesses are invited to the trial. Video recordings are also to be shown. According to NDR information, the alleged crime was recorded by a surveillance camera. Frank Hanebuth is also charged with a violation of the weapons law. Officials had searched his home in Wedemark after the attack. According to the indictment, stun guns and small-caliber cartridges were seized.
Investigation into Hanebuth in Spain
In the case of assault, Hanebuth has the allegations rejected by his lawyer Michael Nagel. It must be checked whether there is actually a violation of the weapons law. Spain is also investigating Hanebuth. There, the prosecutor accuses him of having founded a criminal network, among other things.
