5 from 11 of arrested members of Descendants MC have been placed on home detention bail after they appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 10th of June.
All of them facing aggravated affray and criminal association charges after attack at a car yard on Main North Rd at Blair Athol on Tuesday, June 2.
Bailed persons are:
- Jordan Alex Mackie, 24, of Virginia
- Kurt Bradley Mackie, 28, of Salisbury North
- Luke Anthony Pepper, 39, of Mawson Lakes
- Troy Robert Nissen, 40, of Burton
- Perry Mackie, 63, of Prospect
Bikies allegedly attacked two persons over the sale of a car and were armed with hammers, poles and knives.
Prosecutors were opposing the bail with arguments that victims will be afraid for their lives if Descendants will be bailed.
