An ex-Lone Wolf bikie Benjamin Skey Black, 39, has been jailed on a multiple charges including road rage after accident, and bashing Bandidos MC boss in the jail.

He was sentenced today in the Brisbane Supreme Court after pleading guilty on drugs charges and multiple assaults.

In July 2017, Black was involved in a road accident and when another man stopped and asked if any help needed, Black told him to “fuck off” and slapped him in the back of the head.

In February 2018 Black assaulted a man in a Broadbeach where he and another person tied the man with duct tape and zip-ties and threatening him with an axe.

Afterwards victim was hair cutten and told: “This is the last time you try to steal from us” before ordering the victim to “pick a leg” to be injured.

Then the victim was stabbed in the back with a knife but later Black returned to the property and took him to hospital.

Already while being behind bars, Black was involved in a “planned” bashing of Jacques Teamo inside Arthur Gorrie Correctional Centre.

As a result of bashing, Teamo was hospitalised after being hit with a stationary bicycle seat, a ping pong racquet and toaster.

Teamo had refused to provide a statement to police or prosecutors but told to the court he now suffers “nightmares”.

During sentencing hearing, Black told to the Court that the bashing of Teamo got out of hand.

“As soon as there was a weapon produced, I was out of there. It wasn’t meant to go that way,” he said.

The court heard Black had a troubled childhood, where his father had treated him “appallingly”, the man had been given alcohol from the age of four and began using drugs at age 12.

Despite all efforts of Black’s defence judge said that all circumstances did not mean he should receive a lesser sentence.

Black was sentenced to a six-and-a-half years behind bars – this includes an almost three year sentence for bashing Teamo with several other men.

Black has already served 40 per cent of the sentence on remand and is now eligible to apply for parole.
