Police have arrested Troy Mercanti today afternoon at his home for a second time in two weeks period.
Arrest happened after Police alleged that he breached bail conditions which bans him from contact with motorcycle club members or their associates after he answered on a phone call from Casuarina prison.
Probably Mercanti wasn’t even know who is calling before answered on a call. All this looks like targeted harassment of Mercanti from the law enforcement side.
Now he is in a Perth Watch House and should appear in Northbridge Magistrates Court tomorrow.
Last time Mercanti was arrested on July 7 after he flew to the Eastern States to attend a Mongols MC member’s funeral.
