AN alleged Bandidos bikie boss will stand trial in Hobart’s Supreme Court later this year over allegations of drug trafficking.
On Thursday, Dover man Fahed Elniz, 45, appeared in the Hobart Magistrates Court, where he pleaded not guilty to trafficking in a controlled substance and supporting a criminal organisation.
Tracy Elniz, also of Dover, pleaded not guilty to one count of trafficking.
The 44-year-old woman also pleaded not guilty to a number of summary offences, including four counts of making a false or misleading statement and one count of dishonestly intending to cause a loss.
