Richard Schaaf pleads guilty to drug supply charge

The man who police allege ran a drug racket out of a western Sydney house has had a string of charges against him dropped in court.

Richard Schaaf, 28, of Sylvania, has pleaded guilty to knowingly direct activities of a criminal group, possessing a prohibited drug, possessing a prescribed restricted substance, and supplying a prohibited drug less than the commercial quantity.

Schaaf, who police allege has links to the Comanchero MC, had 13 other charges against him withdrawn by the DPP.

He was arrested in May, 2019, after a police investigation into the supply of cocaine out of a home in Doonside in 2018 and 2019.
