A junior Comanchero bikie who is accused of taking part in an attempted hit-job on the club’s former Canberra chapter president might have been acting in self defence, his legal team says.
Axel Sidaros, 25, faces the ACT Supreme Court on Monday for the first day of a retrial over allegations he was one of four masked intruders who shot up and firebombed the home of former Comanchero Canberra president Peter Zdravkovic.
Sidaros has long denied being one of the intruders.
