The man injured when former Rebels bikie boss Nick Martin was shot and killed at Perth Motorplex is back behind bars after breaching his parole conditions.
Ricky Chapman, 31, was injured in the shooting on Saturday night that killed 51-year-old Martin and also caused minor injuries to a five-year-old boy.
Chapman had surgery in hospital on Monday afternoon before being discharged.
Last night, the Department of Justice issued a return to prison warrant, saying he breached his parole conditions by associating with an outlaw motorcycle club.
