Mongols MC leader Toby Mitchell ordered undergo intensive anger management and quit with an alcohol before he is sentenced later this year for two assault cases.
After bail conditions were softened, Mr. Mitchell allowed to live in his apartment in Southbank and have contacts with other members of Mongols MC, but he is still unable to leave Victoria.
Toby Mitchell was due to be sentenced at Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday, but Corrections Victoria asked the court for more time to determinate Mitchell’s suitability for a community corrections order.
After that, Magistrate John Bentley decided to delay sentencing till September and ordered Mr.Mitchell to take therapy and provide proofs that he had completed the two therapeutic courses before returning to court.
The matter will return to court on September 1.
