BUTLER COUNTY — A lengthy investigation by the Butler County Undercover Regional Narcotics Task force resulted in multiple arrests today at a residence in the 1800 block of Old Oxford State Road in Hanover Twp.
Arrested on drug and weapons charges and outstanding warrants were:
- Samuel Garnett, possession of drugs (methamphetamine) and trafficking in drugs;
- Richard Turner, having weapons while under disability;
- Steve Napier, outstanding warrants;
- Sabrina Kincer, outstanding warrants;
- Michelle Mills, possession of drugs (fentanyl and heroin), trafficking in drugs, and outstanding warrants;
- Kayla Mills outstanding warrants
- Krista Gutzwiller outstanding warrants.
“I have said it before and I’ll say it again, we will not tolerate drug traffickers, abusers and subjects that illegally own weapons. Families are affected by these criminals on a daily basis and we will fight to seek arrest and justice on these individuals,” said Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones.
