The two men charged over the double murder of two Gold Coasters last year, have appeared in Southport court today.
Shane Ross and Cameron Martin were shot dead near Martin Shiel Park in Tallebudgera last October.
42-year-old Brodie Singh, and 34-year-old Nathan Miller have been charged with two counts of murder with a ‘serious organised crime’ circumstance of aggravation, and one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
They both fronted court today, where neither made an application for bail.
They’ll remain behind bars until the matters are back in court on June 18.
Meantime, Gold Coast police say they are still trying to work out the exact motive behind the murders of Shane Ross and Cameron Martin.
Detective Inspector Brendan Smith says the victims were know to the two alleged killers.
“We will be alleging that there was clearly a vicious and premeditated crime, where you’ve got members of the Outlaw Motorcycle Club the Lone Wolf, organising a meeting with the victims and then obviously shooting them dead,” Det. Smith said.
