A member of the Pagans Motorcycle Club and three friends who allegedly conspired to hide two of his Harley-Davidson motorcycles while he is incarcerated were ordered to stand trial in Washington County Court on charges related to the case.
Matthew Vasquez, 31, of Monessen, who was sentenced to at least 20 years in jail on assault charges this spring, and his friends — including another member of the Pagans — allegedly conspired to hide the Harley-Davidsons so they would not be repossessed while he serves his sentence.
Vasquez, David Wadsworth, 50, of Belle Vernon, Karen Wadsworth, 50, of Belle Vernon and Michael Showalter II, 31, of Washington, Pa., are all charged with two counts each of defrauding secured creditors and conspiracy to engage in defrauding secured creditors. They all waived their rights to preliminary hearings on the charges.
Both Wadsworths and Showalter all posted $5,000 unsecured bond.
