Mustafa Yuksel has pleaded guilty of stealing a car, setting it on fire, discharging a gun in a public place and possessing steroids on the hearings in County Court of Victoria on Friday.
The admission of guilt comes more than two years after July 14, 2018, when the City of Ink tattoo parlour, which co-owned by Jake King and Toby Mitchell was hit with a spray of bullets about 2am.
Yuksel and his accomplice allegedly stole a car from Hertz rental service and discharged a gun into the South Melbourne tattoo shop. Car was set in fire after it was used.
One of Yuksel’s accomplices has been sentenced for procuring the jerry can to set the car on fire, and another was charged but has not pleaded guilty.
