Cases remain stuck in Sudbury’s court system

Hells Angels

A sentencing date continues to remain unset for a full-patched Hells Angels Nomad chapter member from Ottawa.

Joshua Khosrowkhani, 33, pleaded guilty in the Ontario Court of Justice in Greater Sudbury via videoconference on July 29 to cocaine possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Since then, his sentencing has been delayed numerous times.

He was arrested last year as part of Project Skylark, a joint operation of Niagara Regional Police, Greater Sudbury Police and the Ontario Provincial Police into a cocaine trafficking ring that operated across Ontario including Greater Sudbury.
