38-year-old Gregory dos S. from Heerhugowaard, alias rapper MF Juice, is stuck on suspicion of extortion in an association of a man from Hippolytushoef. According to the judiciary, he threatened the victim with a knife on June 24, 2020 with one or more suspects, tied with tape and forced to pay 750 euros. MF Juice was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison in 2012 for human trafficking with underage girls.
Gregory dos S., who is or was also a member of motorcycle club Hardliners MC, according to justice, together with others, would have gagged, assaulted, threatened with a knife, the victim in Hippolytushoef, forced to indicate his home address and to pay 750 euros. On Thursday December 17, MF Juice will be tried during a second pro forma hearing before the court in Alkmaar.
The rapper himself stated on behalf of his lawyer that he came to the aid of a prostitute when a disgruntled customer refused to pay. The client would have asked for a minor prostitute, but received an adult. However, the Public Prosecution Service does not see S. as a ‘lifesaver’, but as a violent blackmailer of the client, as it turned out during an earlier hearing.
DNA material from Gregory dos S. has been found on the tape with which the victim was tied. Who the other suspects are and whether they have been arrested was not clear during the earlier hearing.
It is not the first time that “loverboyrapper” MF Juice came into contact with the law. In 2012, he was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison for human trafficking with two teenage runaways. The two girls aged 14 and 15 from Utrecht knew the rapper through social media. According to the judge MF Juice committed sexual immorality with them, gave them shelter in Rotterdam and offered them as prostitutes. The then girlfriend of MF Juice who placed an advertisement on the internet was sentenced to eighteen months in prison, of which six months on probation.
