A third man has been charged over the murders of ex-Comanchero bikie Shane Ross and his business partner Cameron Smith on the Gold Coast in October 2019, Queensland police say.
Garry James Brush, 32, who by the police allegations is Lone Wolf MC bikie is the third man to be charged over this case.
One of the other two who was charged earlier is Brodie Singh, who police allege claims to be the national president of the Lone Wolf outlaw motorcycle club on his social media pages.
The second accused is also an alleged Lone Wolf MC member Nathan Miller.
All three faced with two counts of murder with a ‘serious organized crime’ circumstance of aggravation, and one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
Comanchero member, Mr.Ross, 36, and his business partner were found dead in bushland near the Pacific Highway and Tallebudgera Creek Road at Tallebudgera. Mr.Ross had been shot in the head, while his business partner Cameron Martin suffered a gunshot wound to the chest before his car slammed into the tree.
Also in May 2020, the girlfriend of Brodie Singh has been charged with perjury in this case.
