Second person charged over drive-by shooting at Port Kennedy home of Mongol Steven Bennie.

By the words of police second person who charged over this incident is a 45-year-old senior Rock Machine bikie arrested after a brief pursuit led to his arrest in Perth’s southern suburbs.

He is facing committing an unlawful act or omission with intent to harm, criminal damage and possessing a firearm or ammunition without a licence, possession of prohibited drugs charges.

Also $2000 of cash which police alleged was stolen or unlawfully obtained was seized.

Earlier a 36 years old man from Morley, was charged over the same case.
