A Morley man charged over drive-by shooting at Perth home of Mongols bikie

A Morley man has been charged over a drive-by shooting at the home of a Mongols bikie member Steven Bennie in Port Kennedy on March 11.

He was charged with an unlawful act with the intent to harm that endangered the life, health, or safety of a person.

Among other charges he has been charged with criminal damage or destruction of property, being an unlicensed person possessing a firearm/ammunition, and two counts of driving without a license.

The man was scheduled to face Perth Magistrates Court later on Monday.

Police have released CCTV of the incident to identify the eight other alleged offenders.
