FAIRMONT, W.Va. – A Marion County jury has convicted the local president of Pagans MC James Ryan Vincent of the first-degree murder of Luka Grabb who was killed in September 2018.
The mentioned murder happened after one of the friends of Mr.Vincent presented him with a recording where Luka Grabb was telling about his plans to rob him.
According to the prosecution version, Mr.Grabb was lured to Mr.Vincent’s home, where he was shot four times in the legs and dumped in a ditch in the Pinchgut Hollow to die, meanwhile the defense had doubts if Mr.Vincent meant to kill Mr.Grabb.
The investigation upon this case revealed that Mr.Grabb was struck with a blunt object before he was shot four times in his legs.
The jury deliberations took one hour. The sentencing date for Mr.Vincent is set to May 17 at 1:30 p.m.
