KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS/WVAH) — Charges were dismissed Wednesday afternoon against three of the eight people arrested last month after a reported fight at a Kanawha County, where Apache MC has their colors pulled by rival members.
Deputies said the fight took place at the Apache Motorcycle Club near St. Albans and involved uninvited members of the Pagans and Demons.
On Wednesday, conspiracy charges were dismissed against Demons motorcycle club member Christopher Scragg of Charleston and 51-year-old Linda Paetz of Temperance, Mich. Magistrate Jack Pauley also dismissed robbery charges against 47-year-old Rhonda Brisendine of Elkview at the state’s request.
There seems to be some confusion about exactly who did what during the disturbance deputies said involved about 20 people.
