According to the business manager of the Birmingham chapter of the #1 Stunnas Motor Sport Club on 18th Street Ensley, the shooting didn’t occur at the club.

“It was not in front of our club, it was not inside of our club,” said the club’s business manager, Cuban Esquire. “And no member of our club was a shooter, an active shooter.”

The club was celebrating its 12th anniversary and held a stop-the-violence ride just hours before the shooting.
